About me
I represent a select group of world-class performers and creatives as a talent agent. Alongside this work, I like to help the wider community of artists and creatives to find their superpower and take control of their careers through coaching, mentoring and thought leadership.
I specialise in multi-platform and crossover talent, taking individuals who are superbly talented in one field and helping them to identify and develop transferable skills for what they want to achieve next.
I am a full voting member of BAFTA and am a founding member of the Personal Manager’s Association (PMA) Racial Diversity Working Group aka ‘the Diverse Squad.’
I identify as a proud Asian-American woman with a personal mission to advocate for equal opportunities for all. My recent work with the Diverse Squad includes the launch of the Inclusive Complexion Edit in collaboration with global makeup brand MAC Cosmetics and casting platform Spotlight. See the edit here.
The journey so far…
I was an agent at United Agents in London for over ten years, representing clients in film, TV, theatre, and books. Prior to my agenting career I was a management consultant, working for top FTSE 150 brands.
I once led a secret double life as a competitive professional ballroom dancer and represented the UK in 7 World and European Championships. I received my professional dance training from the Ballet Austin Academy and at the Team Diablo Academy in Italy, the elite training facility for ballroom and latin dancing.
Originally from the States and now living in the UK for 20 years, I hold a BA (Hons) in Economics from Harvard University and an MA (Cantab) in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.

Anthony Matsena
Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Wales, director and choreographer Anthony trained at the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School. Along with his brother Kel, he recently won a BAFTA Cymru for their BBC Documentary ‘Brothers in Dance’.

I represent a small and very select list of clients and am not generally looking to take on new talent. However if you feel that your profile may be of interest then of course feel free to reach out. As you might imagine, I receive a lot of incoming requests and cannot reply to everyone, so unfortunately if you don’t hear back from me within a month then you should assume that it’s not a fit.
